Our firm is duly registered with the Law Society of the Northern Provinces and the Law Society of the Free State, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 2 of the Attorneys Act 53 of 1979, as amended, holds Fidelity Fund Certificates in compliance with the provisions of Sections 42 and 43 of the aforesaid act. Our firm (Potchefstroom and Klerksdorp) is further duly registered in terms of the Value Added Tax Act 89 of 1991, as amended and Companies Act 71 of 2008, as amended, as an incorporated entity.

The firm was founded in the year 2005 with the sole purpose of focusing on quality levels of service and the development of a prolonged, successful relationship with each and every one of our diverse clients. The firm’s head office is based in Potchefstroom and in recent years, we have gone from strength to strength and expanded the firm by opening branch offices in Klerksdorp and Bethlehem.

We are also able to conduct credit investigations, which includes extracting detailed information pertaining to judgement histories and credit enquiries.
